Alphabets are the fundamental tools which constitute an orthographic system of a language. Besides, the phonetic system of a language is also represented by choosing the alphabets.
In this paper, the arrangement of alphabets, phonemes, vowels, diphthongs and the background of the Balochi orthographic system will be discussed in detail and illustrate that how the orthographic system is arranged by following the international phonetic system.
